WHAT TO EXPECT

EATING & DRINKING
- Avoid sticky foods such as caramel, taffy, and chewing gum whenever possible.

- Your child may resume normal eating once numbness has worn off.
ORAL CARE
- Brush twice daily with a toothpaste that carries the ADA Seal of Acceptance.
- Floss daily around the crown and neighboring teeth.
- Continue regular dental checkups and cleanings.
- Good oral hygiene helps prevent cavities around the crown.
